I Quit Writing When My Back Started Hurting

The overwhelming, and confusing, power of flashbacks

A couple weeks ago, my back started hurting. I walked with a limp, I couldn’t get out of bed in the morning, and getting dressed was a serious joke. I couldn’t even bend down to tie my shoes!

The strange thing was, I don’t remember doing anything to it. Except maybe that chair yoga routine I found on YouTube…
